A Partnership Close to Our Hearts: A Ray of Sunshine Floral + Evermore Blooms

Some partnerships simply feel meant to be.
We are honored to share that A Ray of Sunshine Floral is now a florist partner with Evermore Blooms, a nonprofit organization that sends flowers to mothers who have experienced miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
Evermore Blooms was founded from a deeply personal experience. On the anniversary of her own miscarriage, founder Chelsey unexpectedly received flowers from an anonymous sender. That simple gesture made her feel remembered and cared for on an incredibly difficult day. It inspired a mission that has now reached mothers in all 50 states.
More Than Flowers
Flowers cannot take away grief. They cannot replace a baby or make such a painful loss easier to understand.
But they can quietly say:
We see you. We remember your baby. You are not alone.
Evermore Blooms sends floral arrangements to mothers on some of their hardest days, including the anniversary of a loss or what would have been their baby’s due date. Each arrangement also includes a keepsake wooden flower that can remain long after the fresh flowers have faded.
Since 2020, the organization has delivered more than 1,200 bouquets to grieving mothers across the country. Its mission is centered on helping women feel seen, supported, and assured that their babies are remembered. Learn more about the Evermore Blooms mission.
Why This Partnership Matters to Us
At A Ray of Sunshine Floral, we have always believed that flowers are about much more than celebrating happy occasions.
Sometimes flowers arrive during life’s heaviest moments. They may not come with the perfect words because there often are no perfect words. They are simply a way of showing up for someone when they need to know they have not been forgotten.
As a family-owned boutique floral studio in Hilliard, it is meaningful to us that our flowers can be part of this mission. Through our partnership with Evermore Blooms, we will have the opportunity to help create and deliver arrangements for mothers in our area who are navigating miscarriage and loss.
Each of these arrangements will be designed with the tenderness and care the moment deserves.
