Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular seasonal floral arrangements designed in a vase based on your selected plan (Standard, Deluxe, or Premium). Flowers and container styles may vary based on seasonal availability. Vase Included: Each delivery includes a vase. Vase styles may vary. Vases are not required to be returned unless part of a rotating vase program specified at time of purchase. Pickup & Delivery: Subscriptions are available for shop pickup or delivery for an additional fee. Delivery fees are applied per delivery and based on location. Someone should be available to receive deliveries when applicable. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing, rescheduling, switching pickup/delivery, or updating address, please call our shop directly. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If no one is available at time of delivery, flowers may be left at the recipient’s location at our discretion. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
